		<description>Heh, I just have to add to Richard's comment. I got a new pair of Saucony Tangents - Racing flats and I love them. Not just cause they are pink but cause they are so light and yet my feet still felt cushioned enough. I did about 12k total in them tonight and while I wasn't "Wicked fast" (that's on the bottom of the runner) I was faster than usual...lol. :-)</description>

		<description>You can find some really good compromises - look for performance trainers such as the Saucony Tangents, or even some Asics Lantreths.  Much lighter than most, still cushioned enough that you can do long runs in them without worrying about it, but not so cushioned that you can't feel your form differences.</description>

Since I started wearing mine I've found that my feet, shins, knees (actually my entire leg) have been far less sore.  They're also going to help you achieve the form you're looking for.  Spend the money...you won't regret it!</description>

My prediction is that it will all be good, especially after you take it easy this weekend.  Rest up, eat enough healthy food, and hydrate!</description>
