High Fruitose Corn Syrup, ha.
When I went to Canada after the wedding, one of my friends once worked in a factory that made HFCS and said for some reason, its more sticky in soda than in raw form.

I also picked up a 12-pack of Pepsi MADE WITH REAL SUGAR in Canada!

I used the same plan to train but I substituted a second cross training day for a lighter run day to keep the mileage down. I was really afraid of injury. Also, I sometimes added an intermediate recovery week between some of the weeks with long runs. It worked out well for me. The hard part is trying to stay on track when work, family demands, illness, etc. crop up.

I really like Hal HIgdon, for half marathons, but I hate that he the full marathon's don't ever get above twenty miles...I like to KNOW if I am going to die or not. Not that I have ever run a marathon...but I've looked at the schedule...

I used the same plan for my first 'thon, and I finished, which was all I cared about. You'll be fine. I've fine-tuned it some for my 2nd race, but it's solid and will get you there.

I see that you've got a 20 mile run three weeks before the race. Now, if I recall correctly, the Brooks/Hansons team doesn't do any 20+ mile runs in the training program for a marathon--I think their longest is a 16 mile run. That doesn't seem right to me--it seems like you'd need at least one 20 miler or more.
