Ick
My throat is icky. I have a headache. I’m sleepy but can’t sleep any more. I woke up every hour last night. I swear I heard the alarm on the bread maker go off at 5:30 like it always does, but I didn’t make any bread last night. I’m not hungry, which is really, really odd, especially in the morning.
I needed to do a long run this AM because tomorrow AM I’m busy. Not sure its going to happen.
Bleh.

tough one…. do ya suck it up like Pam says and go for the run, just in case you get worse. Or do you wait a day in hopes this will pass quickly. Hope you feel better.

Can you say “salt water gargle” always a good cure for “icky” throats! goota make sure you let a bit drizzle down the throat though and no rinsing, thats why I like to do it before bed, get better!

I’ve run with a bad cold, but you have to go slow…and don’t be afraid to go home early! If you have fever, forget it, stay in bed!!

Well, they say if it’s just in your head, it’s safe to run, but below the neck and you’d better take a day off. Take some zinc, works wonders!
