New look
Mark has updated me to WordPress 1.5 which is why the page looks different. Still trying to make some small adjustments so please bear with me. If you get an error of some kind in the next day or two, it means I’m changing something and have screwed something up in the process. Its temporary. Please stand by.
Oh and I did my 40 minute tempo run tonight. Ran the last 10 minutes barefoot. I ran alot faster than before 8:30 - 9:00 pace. I ended up with a tiny blister on my right big toe, near the tip. Hmmmm. That didn’t work out so well.
