You need to stalk them more diligently..perhaps peek into their home(s). See if the come together or seperately.&lt;br&gt;
Good for you and the weights..something I CANNOT get into..try as I might..well I'm not really trying am I. I do it for a week and then after my rest day I totally forget to go back down there and do it again.</description>

Doing HILL work is much more like lifting weights. Do lots of hills and just watch your calves puff up like popeye!</description>

		<description>if i couldn't find a race on a weekend that i needed to race, i always got a friend with a bike to come along for a faster run.  they'd carry any extra fluids to simulate water stops and first aid stations, and they could help motivate me when the going got rough.  it's a good alternative if you can't find a race.

have the friend make a tin-foil medal for you too...and wear a home made bib number  =)</description>

		<description>Running builds and strengthens certain muscles especially the big ones (quads and hams).  Depending on your running style you are probably building one more than the other.  Weight training can help to reduce the imbalances and then reduce the risk of injury.  I was told to help build the inner part of my quad to do small pulses at the top of the leg extension machine, and it has helped.</description>
