I'm impressed you ran 5 miles so soon after being sick. I'm still coughing up half a lung, but getting my energy back. I'm still trying to figure out how to reply to comments on my blog. It seems that you have a feature on your blog where you can easily click a button and reply. Hmm. Gotta install that on my little bloggie. And yes, now looking for a half-marathon in the next month to run - gotta burn off the choc-chip cookies I've been eating.

I think going up a sled hill when you're sick counts is equivalent of running much miles. only 1 Oreo - that aint normal.

Oh, and your brother says "You don't weight 169 pounds!"

Doesn't running up the hill with a sled count as "Hill Training"? It does in my books and after how you have been feeling, today sounds like quite a workout. Funny I also found myself asking, how could you of all people stop at one Oreo?!?!?! :-)
