Not much better
My back is no better these days. The muscle relaxer does nothing for me. Still waking up at 3 AM with incredible pain. I guess I will have to wait until next week when I go for my first PT session.
3 miles last night at 8:40. I was supposed to do it at 8:00 but just spaced it out. Very easy to do right now. Hardly awake enough to think straight.
Today is rest day. Whatever that means.

Wow Jon I am SO sorry about your back. What a drag. I’m surprised you are not in the crummiest of crummy moods. Maybe you are. Try to rest and feel better soon.

Damn Sorry to hear that. Are you at least enjoying the other, uh, effects of the painkillers? I always said a painkiller and a glass of red wine is the bast magic carpet ride you can take.

Hope you get this figured out soon… maybe physical therapy will help… or a different doctor? I’m lately a great believer in the magic of pilates, have you ever tried a pilates class?
