3 more miles

Did my 3 miles on the mill. 8:40 pace. Nothing special. Did my back hurt? Not while I ran. It never hurts while I run, unless I’ve been running a long long time. I got 7 hours of sleep last night. Two because I fell asleep on my son’s bed and the other 5 I got after I crawled to my own room. My son has a great matress on his bed and its possible he is going to be evicted soon in order so help my back. Sorry kid, but you’re young, you’ll adjust.

And I got in trouble for yesterday’s picture. My wife saw it and swears I never showed that to her. Now she thinks I was hiding it from her. And now she thinks I’m hiding other things from her, which is true ofcourse because all men hide things from their wives. That’s what makes it fun and keeps your marriage together. If we told our wives everything, they’d be pissed off and cranky all the time. It makes life so much easier for everyone if they go on thinking that we don’t do all those stupid and bizarre things that would be embarassing if someone had a camera nearby. :)

oohhhhh, so that’s not your wife.

And thanks for clarifying that whole hiding things to keep a marriage together thing. I mean, we wives wouldn’t know about it cause we NEVER hide things from our husbands.

No hiding for me, it’s useless. My wife is so good at finding things out that nowadays she even discover things I was hiding from myself.

You can’t hide anything from your wife. Trust me, my ex-husband found out the hard way :)

If it’s just piddly litte stuff, then it’s ok. Just don’t try to hide the big, important stuff…

You crack me up. Or something like that.
Have you changed the treadwear lately? (I know you’re in tundra conditions up there) but my back/leg/knee problems all seem to get bettr with a change of shoes.
