Crosstraining, the broken record of my life

An hour of *yaaaawwwwwn* crosstraining tonight.

But tomorrow, I run! I don’t care if its cold. I don’t care if there is snow. I’m putting the turkey in the oven and then I go running.

Weight this AM: 182.6. Lower than I thought since Saturday I saw 186’s.
Belly measurement: 35.5. Again, lower than I thought but still higher than it should be, especially since the pants are all a bit snug.

Happy Thanksgiving to all you Yankees! And Happy Thursday to everyone else!

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I ran in a 5-mile Turkey Trot yesterday, then went home and cooked for 7 people. I didn’t feel so bad having second helpings yesterday after the race, but I do know what you mean about gaining weight BECAUSE of running. People seem to think that, hey, you’re a runner, you can eat anything. Oh, how I wish that were true …
