Nothing like a childish rant.
Sorry about that.
I ran 4.1 miles at 6.5 MPH tonight. My ITB is sore right now. I also did the full lower body weight set (since I ended up doing nothing on Sat). I bought some Aleve tonight to see if that’s more effective for pain and inflammation. I also bought some Glucosamine/Chondroitin to help with joint pain. I have my doubts about this stuff but I thought I should give it a try as well.
I’m still pretty disappointed by not going to Chicago. Today I posted my last training blog entry at the Chicago Marathon Board, after not posting anything for two weeks. Seemed kinda stupid to continue that over there.
The CRIM is just about out of the picture now. 4 miles today, but I don’t think I’ll be hitting 10 miles by the end of next week. Seems like I’m going up by a mile a week.
I know Deene had a race this weekend so I’m eager to see how she did.
