Rest day today.  Legs feel pretty good although last night they had a really strange achey feeling to them.  Not painful but really uncomfortable.  Hard to describe. 

Tomorrow I am scheduled for a 12 mile run.  After being on my butt for over a week I’m not so sure this is possible.  I’ll just take it a mile at a time, and probably will be getting up very early to beat the heat.  I will NOT be doing what Chris does.  At 4 AM I will still be snoozing, thankyou.  We’ll leave that 4 AM stuff to the crazy trail running early morning maniacs that seem to have constitutions of iron.  The rest of us are staying in bed. :)

I had to laugh at this because someone last night took the large cardboard gaylord and left the frame and wood inside it.  Someone must have really needed some crappy, soggy carboard.  Looks like they dismantled another box too.  You wouldn’t believe all the cranky stares I was getting for taking pictures of the wood this AM.   People are wierd.
