I had a good day with weights.

Yesterday was a vacation day for me so I went to the gym around noon and lifted weights. Very good. Went up in everything this time (even those stubborn pec flys). There’s a hint of soreness today, but tomorrow is when the real pain comes.

Totally screwed up the template. Fortunately, I have it saved. Just need to rewrite all the links and stuff. Damn.
OK, blog rule #1: Do not change the template using the premade templates unless you want to retype everything you put in it.

But this time I need to change it in a major way. Mondays are always rest days, but Tuesday nights I always have something at 7:00 pm and for some reason I can never get out of work early on Tuesday. What is it about Tuesday?!
