A sweet 4 miles!
I ran 4 miles today at the gym. We’ve had incredible storms lately and they’ve been predicting more so I didn’t want to get caught outside in the rain. Its also 90% humidity and I didn’t want to die from heat exhaustion.
I ran 3 on the treadmill and the last one on the track (30 minute time limit). No pain at all in the shins. Marvelous! I think this is finally working itself out. I can’t even express how wonderful it is to finally run and not have that nagging pain in my shin. I think the weights are helping and slow increase in mileage too.
Not much else to say. Tomorrow is more crosstraining.
