2.0 miles. Grrrrrrr.
I had an easy two miles on the treadmill yesterday. I moved my rest day to Tuesdays so Mondays are just an easy day of recovery. I had wanted to add in 40 minutes of crosstraining but I forgot my wallet at work and had to drive all the way back to get it (it was sitting on my desk!). By the time I got back I had just enough time to warm up, run, cool down, and shower. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
2.0 miles, 10:00 pace. My shins were very tight and sore, during and after the run. They are feeling better today, though the outside edges are sore (like a weightlifting kind of sore).
I’m so hungry this morning.
