What have I done now?!

My right calf (on the inside) hurts alot this AM. Sore to walk on it. I’ve got ice on it now and I think I need some ibuprofin. I can’t believe the one extra mile (and even after splitting the long run) did this. Maybe it was the fast mile at the beginning? Not good enough cool down or stretch? I’m not sure. Definately a light day, if not an entire rest day today.

I really hope I haven’t screwed this up AGAIN!
