What a great Boston race!!!
I tracked the Boston marathon runners from the V-board online on Monday. So very cool to them ticking away the miles. I was plotting some of them on a graph to see their rates and i was really surprised that for the most part, their rates did not change. I thought that th ebig hills would slow them down but no such thing happened. 80’s for temps too! What an amazing group of athletes!
