I was lucky to make ithome from work. Gorey details unneeded.

Monday I did 30 minutes on the bike and some walking. The bike is killing my back. Its good for me but I need to start breaking it up again with stepper and stepmill.

Weights tonight.

My shins feel good again today. I noticed it yesterday while running into the house as I made my mad dash home from work. Sometimes time is of the essence :) Not the sharp stabbing pain. This may be a good sign.

Like I said, weights tonight and I’m going to do the shin/calf stuff too. I think now I’m at the moderate to minor pain level where I can do muscle building of those without causing furthur issues.

Oh, yes and on Monday I got my confirmation in the mail that my registration for Chicago is all set. Now if I can just finish the darn training…..
