So damn sore.
Is it Friday yet? My legs are sore. Little aches and pains.
I did my 2.0 miles last night. I ran it at 5.0 mph with 1.5%. I’ve slowed down these runs because I’m supposed to be going at a slower pace than the long runs. Maybe I’ve been over doing it.
Friday night we’re going to check out another gym that has a real track. Its a bit more pricey so I don’t expect to see the crowds of students there. They also have a pool! Not that I like swimming alot, but its something else to do there on cross training or rest days.
I love my armband radio.
