The goal of RunningDVDs.com is simple – to provide athletes with resources to run faster. The first DVD is called “Building a Better Runner: Building from the Ground Up,”

RunningDVDs says their product is made for all types of runners. I have not viewed any of their product (they have one DVD so far) but the samples appear to be of very high quality. Please leave me a comment if you’ve viewed their product and let our readers know what you thought of it.

Fans of “Pre” will know about the two dramatic feature films – Prefontaine and Without Limits. Fire On The Track completes the picture. It’s a documentary film filled with races and interviews of Pre and people close to him. Take a look at the clips below. I dare you to tell me this film doesn’t look absolutely terrific!
