I have been running for almost as long as I have been upright. I have run competitively since middle school, spending my collegiate career running for the Rochester Institute of Technology. I now run and compete for Dirigo, R.C. in southern Maine. I regularly compete in marathons, and have written a book about marathon preparation & recovery.
