Our local Girls on the Run 5K race took place yesterday. It had a Hawaiian theme, and I took lots of photos of girls running with leis around their necks and grass skirts over their running shorts. I  went in a 5k run with my 7 year old son and 9 year old daughter, and ended up running 5.7km in around 43 minutes. What a great picture! We had exactly the same thing happen yesterday!
