Photo of the Week: Run Like a Kid

This young runner is 7 and loves to run. This was taken during the 5k St Patty’s Day race recently held in Victoria. The race ended up being 5.7k and she finished with a time of approx 43 minutes.

      We had exactly the same thing happen yesterday! I  went in a 5k run with my 7 year old son and 9 year old daughter, and ended up running 5.7km in around 43 minutes. What a great picture!

      Great photo! Our local Girls on the Run 5K race took place yesterday. It had a Hawaiian theme, and I took lots of photos of girls running with leis around their necks and grass skirts over their running shorts. Now I just need to get the laptop fixed so I can see them!
