Well here in Calgary I had hoped snowy runs were a thing of the past but that was just wishful thinking on my part as several inches fell upon us yesterday. Now today’s featured photo is not a scene from Calgary but a wintery run in Boston.

Don’t forget your green on March 17th, St Patty’s Day. This runner was decked out from nearly head to toe in green for the annual St Patty’s Day 5/10K race in Calgary, held by the Calgary Roadrunners.

Do you shower right after a long hot run? I know I rather enjoy one. A marathon is probably one of the few places where wet t-shirts are common place.

The caption on this photo says the runner has stopped to check the time. What caught my eye was the color of the photo and despite the piles of snow the runner is decked in shorts.
