Wrightsocks do not work for me either. It took me a long time to figure this out as I rotate shoes and socks. I also fully believed the marketing script.

I too tried Wrightsocks, they are good up to 12 miles, at sixteen I started to feel hot spots, when I do 20 in them I got the beginning of a blister, and when I did my marathon, I got 2 large blisters, one on the ball of my foot and one on my big toe. They are best limited to short runs of 12 miles or less. Same with Bodyglide, moleskin seems to work the best for me so far.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for the comment. I have tried Wright socks and sadly, they didn't work for me. I'm sure they are a great product for many people though. I really like the Balega socks, my socks of choice!

Susan,

Have you ever tried WrightSocks? They are thin, but more importantly they have a double layer. The outer layer does the sliding around with the inside of the shoe, but the inner layer doesn't. I haven't had a blister since I began wearing them.

Note: I do NOT work for WrightSocks!
