Flotrack Interviews Nobuya ‘Nobby’ Hashizume

Flotrack’s Christopher Kelsall recently interviewed Nobuya “Nobby” Hashizume, a coach of the Lydiard method and one of the co-founders of the Arthur Lydiard Foundation.
