Hello…I’m a 60 year old mail.I started running when I was in my 40’sI ran for about 15 years ,then was hit with the dreaded Arthritis,knee replacement and two back surgeries,and was told by the surgen that I would never run again.What I’m looking for ,is there someone out there that has had that type of surgery and was able to run again ?
