		<description>My favorite motivational needs centers around my family; I started my get-healthy regime knowing that it would keep me alive long enough to see my kids grow and start their families too (I&#039;ve lost 50+ pounds these past 17 months).

Exercise has been a habit now for at least 16 months....I don&#039;t see that changing any time soon.
