I went looking for a great New Year’s running video and found several that showed people running in the freezing cold and snow. I thought about posting one and asking our readers “how committed are YOU?”. Then I found this little number and decided to ask you other questions.

Did you get any new toys for Christmas? Are you resolving to run free this year?

    Funny video!

    No new toys for me this year (I’m very content without them, still) but I did get a new battery for my running watch. Does that count?

    That is very funny and oh so true!

    I ran with a friend last week that was amazed that I only wear my new garmin forerunner a few times a week and still use my regular sports watch for most of my runs.

    I received a Nathan 4-bottle hydration belt, and then between gift certificates and exchanges and other forms of liquidity I obtained a weatherproof shell and a warm hat.
