I lost about 7 minutes with having to stop and reattached the tag. I am glad I thought to look down and saw that is was loose. It is tough while running to stop and adjust something down at your foot. Finally, put a safety pin from my number through it to keep it together and on my shoe. On top of all of that, the "mats" are like speed bumps.
