There is a point of more noticeable pain/numbness that sometimes forms on my left side--below neck, left of spine above shoulder blade. When typing for a period of time, it acts up. When running for 4-5 miles or longer, this same area acts up. TP Massage Ball helps to pinpoint pain and seems to loosen the whole shoulder area. This pain has become chronic. Any thoughts? NOTE: At one point in time in the past, shoulder cuff appeared to be very weak, and I did experience pain deep within shoulder.
Thanks in advance,
