It's a water bottle that straps to your arm. Check it out and let me know your thoughts: www.bodybottle.com

Nora – I’m working on a product that makes hydration easier. Fran- Yeah, I've had that sloshing feeling. It's kind of ugh.
Jeanne- Hope your pit stop was relieving.
Thomas- ABSOLUTELY. That's why I made sure to state who did the study upfront so that people can judge for themselves how to read into it. Having said that, from a personal point of view, I really can't criticize it on bias standards alone because I know I don't drink enough, for one reason or another, and I have a feeling I'm not the only one.

Gill- It’s amazing how something as simple as water can make you feel so much better.

Fran- Yeah, I’ve had that sloshing feeling. I know for me that I can't drink enough to comepensate for sweat loss. I can force liquids into my mouth, but it just kinda sits in my stomach and sloshes around.

Sometimes it’s hard to drink enough. I thought I was drinking enough liquids after my run. I usually would drink water and some juice. What I realized is that just drinking water made me feel better. And alot of water! I drink now 2 or 3 quarts or more of water a day. I have my cup with 21/2 cups morning, before breakfast or after a run. I follow through the day drinking 21/2 at snack, lunch, snack and supper.

I started feeling really dragged down after my long runs.
