I think better would be to listen to something that motivates, inspires, makes you think, or maybe - just doesn&#039;t raise your stress level.

Your perfect day has too much caffeine and too much television.  It also doesn&#039;t account for lunch time or afternoon workouts or cross training.
I do have to admit that I did hit on quite a few of them though: 22 of them.   Since I do not have kids, quite a few of them were not relevant to me, so that leaves only a few that I agree are a good idea that I don&#039;t do.
