I think yoga has helped me understand and &quot;communicate&quot; with my body better so that I can run better. Cycling keeps me focused on rhythm and motion. I agree a lot but especially the part about rowing. I think it is one of the greatest exercises there are. I have never thought to run in water also. Thanks for all the information.
