The Body Bottle (http://www.bodybottle.com) attaches to the arm strap with Velcro so it is easy to rip of and put on so you don't break concentration or your stride. Check it out - I've been designing it to be more comfortable than any water belt or camel pack out there. My only beef is that the zip pocket is a bit too small. I also have a Camelbak Flashflo, but I haven't tried it out yet. Thanks for the info on the Nathan though - I may have to check it out! It's great for shorter runs were I don't need to carry much and don't want to hold my bottle in my hand. The pouch also fits my Casio Exilm camera which is always a plus to be able to carry that!
