American FTC against bloggers and website developers
for not revealing advertising profits, or potential
connections with ad networks.
What are your ideas concerning how this could potentially effect
the blogging world?

Very Recently, there has been a good deal of inquiries by the<br

My wife is a running coach at the local Fleet Feet store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She gets more free stuff than anyone I know. They take care of their coaches, making sure they have plenty of technical shirts, socks, shorts and hats. And for each "class" she coaches she gets a free pair of shoes. She coaches about 3 or 4 groups a year, so she is well stocked on shoes. And above all, it is very rewarding to get people involved in the sport you love.

Also, Slimfast is as expensive as those bottled drinks so its a wash if you use that stuff, I think. You might try chocolate milk (from the powder mix) instead. ALOT cheaper and just as good for you post-race.
And AMEN on the stupid "energy" bars. They are vitamin (barely) fortified candy bars. Worthless waste of money. Real food is far better and cheaper. Except for the fact that a banana stuffed in your pocket gets you odd looks from strangers (and friends too for that matter).

The powdered drink mixes are about a third the price of the bottled stuff, so I use those. I'm off to San Diego June 1st. Next year we're looking at Big Sur and one I still haven't chosen. Heck I've got 6 weeks vacation to use..lol.

I’m not sure combining a vacation and a race saves money. Benefit...you can fine-tune the concentration that works best for you. Probably cuts the cost by 2/3.

The other cheap way to do sports drinks is to buy Gatorade dry mix at a discount store and then mix your own…don’t pay for the water.
