Congratulations! Nothing like a HUGE PR to put a smile on your face.
Beating an old personal record for a half marathon by 24 minutes is quite an achievement, well done! Looks nice and cool there, during the race – it’s so hot and sticky here in East London, South Africa, at the moment.
