There’s No Easy Way Out

If you want to train for a marathon there is but one way to do it—train! It doesn’t matter if you are going for a sub-six-hour finish or a Boston Qualifier; you still have to train and it’s hard work and it can hurt but when you get to the end of that long, hard run it feels like a celebration!

Spring has sprung—happy warm weather running!
