Photo of the Week: Winter Trail Races

To keep runners motivated throughout the winter, the Calgary Roadrunners does a Cross Country Race series called the Grand Prix. It consists of 10 races on various trails throughout the various parks in Calgary. The races are 8 or 4 km and usually one can expect to run on mud, snow, ice, narrow trails and of course lots of hills.
