Alan Webb is one of the great hopes for American distance running. In this video clip, he takes the field as a high schooler competing against established world-class athletes including such greats as Hicham El Guerrouj and astounds the world with a time of 3:53.43 in the mile – beating a high school world record previously set by Jim Ryun which had been unbroken for 36 years.

What the heck is a Joggler? By definition it is a runner that juggles while running. Until the other day I didn’t know there was such a thing. I mean for myself I have trouble just running and well I’ve never even tried juggling. I can’t imagine doing both at the same time. However Just Your Average Joggler does just this while running marathons.
