While I was never an alcoholic I did like to drink and party my share. Now I find when I go out with friends if I have anything I stick to one or two. When asked why I&#039;m drinking water or juice I reply &quot;cause I&#039;m running in the morning&quot;. I know I quit smoking years ago and I used exercise to do it.
