I know the researches of Lact-away in Australia are looking at the same relationship.

I think the lactate and growth hormone relationship is very interesting. I think I will get it since I have heard good things about it and it seems to jive with what you are saying. Perhaps I will give a review and share the book once I'm done. Thanks!

That’s cool, Lee. I think I will get it since I have heard good things about it and it seems to jive with what you are saying. I haven't read this book, but looking through the index and table of contents, it seems to cover most of the topics pertinent to GH and training. Unfortunately, most of my info is from journals, which cover GH in a piecemeal fashion.

This is terrific because I have been on the verge of ordering this book and it seems like it might be right in line with what you are talking about. Have you read this book and, if so, do you recommend it? If not, is there an alternative you'd recommend? Thanks!

Hi Lee,

This is terrific because I have been on the verge of ordering <a
