As runners there are so many things we want to know, so many questions we ask ourselves and other runners. Race Paces. You’ve just gotten back from running a great 5K race and you’re wondering what your time might be if you trained for a 10K or maybe even a half marathon down the road. Head on over to the Race Time Predictor page. Fill in the blanks and voila! You’ll have a prediction of your time for a variety of distances, based on your answers. They also offer a variety of other predictors.
Weight and Diet. Why wait for New Year’s resolutions? Check out calories to lose weight. It calculates how many calories you should eat based on your activity level, age and running mileage. There’s also a place to calculate your BMI (body mass index).
