Good reminder about letting someone know where you’ll be running and for how long. I carry my husband’s business card with his cell phone number on it when I run, just in case I can’t speak for myself.

Great stuff Anne and while I’m lucky enough not to worry about poisonous ones here I still don’t like the idea of “running” into any kind of snake.

If bitten, I’m not sure I could remain calm or keep from running away. I’d probably scream lots too…lol.
