featured websiteI like to think of Jack as “the Running Man.” He is a very dedicated runner who started running to lose weight. He accomplished that goal and oh-so-much more. Every time I turn around he is running another race. Heck he even runs races as training runs. I bet there are a few others out there that do the very same thing. On August 28,2006, Jack is running yet another half marathon in hopes of setting a PR. Let’s all send Jack some virtual vibes and good luck for his race.

Anyone else racing this weekend or soon, don’t forget to register the event on the Running and Triathlon Race / Event Calendar so your Internet friends will be there to virtually cheer you on.

    Jack is one of my personal heroes! He’s not just an amazing and dedicated athlete, but he’s also a wonderful husband, father, and friend. Everyone needs some “Jack” in their lives.

    In case anyone is curious how he did here’s a quote from an email he sent me “Hi Dawn. I think you’re encouragement worked wonders, I PR’rd by 6 1/2 minutes!”
